How to use Voracex

Create an account with your email

1. 1Open Sign up and type your email. The form checks it as you type: you'll see “You can use this email”, or “This email is already registered” with a link to log in instead.
2. 2Choose a password of 8 to 128 characters with at least one letter and one number. The strength meter shows Weak, Fair, Good or Strong.
3. 3Optionally add a display name. If a friend invited you, their referral code is filled in for you from the invite link.
4. 4Tick “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” and select Create account.
5. 5We email you a 6-digit code and a one-click link. Enter the code or open the link to confirm your email. Both work for 30 minutes.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, then use Resend email. You can resend about once a minute, up to 6 times an hour. After 5 wrong codes the code stops working and you need a new one.

Sign in with Google, Telegram or a wallet

• Google and Telegram: select the button on the Log in or Sign up page and approve the request. If a button says “Not set up yet”, that option isn't available right now; use your email instead.
• Wallet: connect MetaMask or TronLink and sign the message in your wallet. No password is needed.
• Already have an email account with the same Gmail address? Log in with your email and password first, then link Google in Settings → Security.

Your first sign-in

The first time you log in with email and password we also email you a sign-in code. Right after, a “Secure your account” window offers to turn on an email code at every sign-in. We recommend it, together with 2FA.

Forgot your password

1. 1On the Log in page, choose Forgot password and enter your email, then select Send reset link.
2. 2Open the link in the email within 1 hour. It works once.
3. 3Set a new password. For your safety, every device signed in to your account is signed out.

For privacy, the page never tells you whether an email has an account. If no email arrives, check spam or try the address you signed up with.

Staying signed in

• If you're inactive for 15 minutes you're signed out. A minute before, “Are you still there?” lets you choose Stay signed in.
• A sign-in lasts at most 30 days.
• Too many sign-in attempts (8 in 10 minutes) pause signing in for a while.
• See every device signed in to your account in Settings → Active sessions, and sign out any of them, or all others at once.

Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA)

2FA adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password) to sign-ins, withdrawals and security changes.

1. 1Go to Settings → Security and select Enable next to 2FA.
2. 2Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, or use Copy key to add it by hand.
3. 3Enter the 6-digit code the app shows and select Turn on 2FA.
4. 4Save your recovery codes (below) before you leave the page.

Recovery codes

• You get 8 recovery codes. Each one works once, in place of a 2FA code, if you lose your phone.
• They're shown only once: use Copy all or Download .txt, store them somewhere safe and offline, then select I saved them.
• Regenerate recovery codes makes a new set; the old codes stop working.
• Lost your phone and your codes? Contact support from the email address on your account.

Email code (OTP)

With Email verification turned on, important actions also ask for a 6-digit code we email you. Codes work for 10 minutes and allow 5 tries; you can request a new one once a minute. Turn it on or off in Settings → Security.

Fund passcode

• A 6-digit passcode you enter for every withdrawal, every gift card and every P2P release. Easy codes like 123456 or 111111 aren't accepted.
• 5 wrong tries lock the passcode for 1 hour.
• Forgot it? Reset it with your login password. For safety, withdrawals pause for 24 hours after a reset.

Anti-phishing code

Pick a code of 4 to 20 letters and numbers. We show it in every email and notification we send you. If an email claims to be from Voracex but doesn't show your code, it's fake: don't click anything in it.

Address book and withdrawal whitelist

• Save up to 50 withdrawal addresses, each with a label (up to 40 characters) and a memo/tag if the network needs one. Adding or removing an address asks you to verify.
• Turn on the withdrawal whitelist to allow withdrawals only to saved addresses. Turning it on is instant; turning it off asks you to verify.

Linked Google account and wallets

• Link Google connects your Google account so you can sign in with it. Linking asks you to verify. Remove isn't available if Google is your only way to sign in.
• You can link up to 5 wallets for wallet sign-in and swaps.

Security activity and new-device alerts

Recent security activity lists your last 20 security events. When someone signs in from a new device we send you an alert. If it wasn't you, change your password and freeze your account right away.

Freeze your account

If you think someone else has access, freeze your account first and ask questions later.

1. 1Go to Security and choose Freeze my account at the bottom of the page.
2. 2Enter your password and complete verification, then select Freeze account now.
3. 3Everything stops at once: you're signed out everywhere, open orders are cancelled, P2P ads go offline, pending withdrawals are refunded and API keys are revoked.

To unfreeze an account you froze yourself, log in with your password, enter the code we email you (and your 2FA code if it's on), then select Unfreeze account. Revoked API keys stay revoked. If support froze the account, the login page says “This account is frozen. Please contact support.”

Delete your account

• Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. You'll need your password, to type DELETE, an emailed code (always) and your 2FA code if it's on.
• First close everything that's still running: open spot orders, futures positions, active staking, P2P ads and orders, and pending withdrawals.
• Any balance left is given up, and deletion is permanent. Withdraw your funds before you start.

Deleting can't be undone. If you only want to stop using the account for a while, freeze it instead.

Levels and limits

These are the standard limits. The Verification page always shows your current level and limit; levels you've passed are shown in green.

Level 2: ID document and bill

1. 1Enter your full legal name exactly as on your ID, your country of residence, the document type (Passport, National ID card or Driver's license) and the document number. We keep only its last 4 characters.
2. 2Upload a clear photo of the front of your ID: PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB.
3. 3Upload a utility, phone, internet or bank bill from the last 3 months. The name on it must match the name you entered. A photo or a PDF (up to 1.4 MB) is fine.
4. 4Tick the consent box and select Submit for review.

Level 3: live face check

After Level 2 is approved, the face check confirms that a real person, the owner of the ID, is in front of the camera.

1. 1Open Settings → Verification and start the face check. Allow camera access when your browser asks.
2. 2Put your face inside the circle. The ring is red until your face is centered and close enough.
3. 3Follow the blinking arrows: turn left, right, up and down. A green arc marks each direction you've completed.
4. 4Smile and hold it for a moment. The whole check must finish within 2 minutes.

On a computer? Scan the QR code with your phone to do the check there. You don't need to sign in on the phone, the code works for 10 minutes, and the computer page updates by itself when you finish. You can also use Copy link or Share link, but send the link only to yourself.

Tips for a smooth face check

• Take off hats, caps and glasses, and keep hair, hands and masks away from your face.
• Use good light from the front. Don't sit with a bright window or lamp behind you.
• Hold the phone at eye level, about an arm's length away, and move your head slowly.
• The page warns you if it's too dark, backlit, or something covers your face. Fix it and try again.

Review and status

Your status shows as Not started, In review, Verified or Needs attention. Reviews usually finish within one business day, and we notify you when they do. If you see Needs attention, read the note from our team, fix the issue and submit again.

Deposit crypto

1. 1Go to Deposit and choose a coin.
2. 2Choose a network. It must be the same network you'll send from.
3. 3Copy your address, or select Show QR code and scan it from your other wallet. This address is yours and doesn't change.
4. 4Send the coins. They're credited automatically once the network confirms the transfer (the page shows how many confirmations are needed), and you get a notification.

Sending a coin on a different network from the one you chose can lose the funds. If it happens, contact support with the transaction hash.

Supported coins and networks

New coins and networks are added over time. The Deposit and Withdrawal pages always show the current list. Voracex charges no fee for crypto deposits.

Withdraw crypto

1. 1Go to Withdrawal, choose the coin and the network.
2. 2Paste the destination address or pick one from Saved addresses. We check that the address format fits the network.
3. 3Enter the amount. The network fee is added on top, and each coin has a minimum amount.
4. 4Select Request withdrawal, then Confirm withdrawal with your fund passcode, plus your email code and 2FA code if they're on.
5. 5Our team reviews the request. You can cancel it any time before it's processed. You'll be notified when it's sent.

• With the whitelist on, you can only withdraw to addresses in your address book.
• You can have up to 10 withdrawals pending at once.
• Above your 24-hour limit? Verify to the next level to raise it.

Balances and history

• Wallet shows every balance (Balances tab) and your deposits and withdrawals (History tab).
• Transaction history lists every movement in your account and can be filtered.
• Dashboard shows your estimated balance, allocation, quick actions and recent activity.

Find your way around the terminal

• Pick a market from the list or from Markets. The chart shows the price; switch to Depth to see the order book as a curve.
• The order book shows sell orders (asks) in red above the price and buy orders (bids) in green below. Use the three buttons to show both sides, bids only or asks only. Click a price to copy it into the order form.
• Below the chart: your open orders, order history and My trades, plus the market's latest trades.

Place an order

1. 1Choose Buy or Sell.
2. 2Choose the order type. Limit: you set the price and the order waits in the book until it fills or you cancel it. Market: fills at once at the best prices available.
3. 3Enter the amount, or drag the percentage slider to use part of your balance. The smallest order is 5 USDT (0.0001 BTC on BTC pairs).
4. 4Check the fee shown under the form and place the order.

Stop-limit orders are coming soon.

Trading fees

• The standard fee is 0.10% for makers and 0.10% for takers. Some markets may differ; the order form and the Fees page show the live rate.
• The fee is taken from the asset you receive: USDT when you sell for USDT, the coin when you buy it.
• Every fill shows its fee in the Fee column of My trades, Trade history and Orders.

Manage your orders

Orders has three tabs: Open orders, Order history and Trade history. Use Cancel on one order or Cancel all to clear the open ones. Funds held by an open order return to your balance when you cancel it.

How futures work here

• Contracts: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP, DOGE, ADA, LTC, TRX and POL, all settled in USDT.
• Isolated margin only: each position risks only the margin you put into it.
• Leverage from 1× to 20×.
• Margin per position from 1 to 100,000 USDT, positions up to 1,000,000 USDT, and up to 20 open positions.
• Opening fee 0.05% of the position size; closing is free.

Open and close a position

1. 1Open a contract and choose Long (buy, you expect the price to rise) or Short (sell, you expect it to fall).
2. 2Set your leverage and margin. The form shows the position size and the liquidation price: the higher the leverage, the closer it is.
3. 3Open the position and follow its profit or loss in Positions.
4. 4Close it in full when you're done.

A position is liquidated when it has lost 90% of its margin, and that margin is gone. There are currently no funding payments, partial closes or cross margin, and orders don't go through an order book.

Convert your balance

1. 1Open Convert, choose the coin you pay with and the coin you want.
2. 2Enter an amount between $1 and $1,000,000 in value.
3. 3Review the quote. It's locked for 10 seconds; if it runs out, get a new one.
4. 4Confirm. The swap is instant.

Convert has a flat 0.2% spread built into the price. Nothing else is added.

Swap crypto from your wallet

The Swap crypto mode exchanges coins straight from a linked wallet through our partner ChangeNOW. Link a wallet in Settings → Security first.

Buy and sell crypto

Buy Crypto and Sell Crypto let you trade crypto for money in one step. Orders range from $10 to $50,000 and carry a 1% fee.

Buy with P2P

1. 1Open P2P, choose Buy, the coin and your currency, and pick an ad with a payment method you can use.
2. 2Enter the amount and open the order. The seller's crypto is locked in escrow.
3. 3Pay the seller within 15 minutes using the details in the order, then mark the order as paid.
4. 4The seller checks the payment and releases the crypto to your wallet.

Sell with P2P

1. 1Choose Sell and pick a buyer's ad, or post your own ad.
2. 2When the buyer marks the order as paid, check your bank or wallet app.
3. 3Only when the money has really arrived, release the crypto with your fund passcode and verification.

Never release crypto because of a screenshot or a message. Check that the money is in your own account first.

Payment methods

Add the accounts you receive money with under P2P → Payment methods.

Become a P2P trader and post ads

• To post ads, apply with Become a P2P trader. You need Level 2 verification, a nickname (3 to 20 characters), a phone number and to accept the P2P rules. Applications are usually approved within one business day.
• You can run up to 10 ads. An ad's price must be within 20% of the market price.
• Each user can have up to 5 active orders at a time.

Disputes

If something goes wrong after an order is marked as paid, select Open dispute in the order. Our support team reviews the evidence from both sides and decides where the escrowed crypto goes.

Staking

• Flexible products earn every day and you can redeem or claim rewards any time.
• Locked products (for example 30, 60 or 90 days) pay a higher APR and settle automatically at the end of the term.
• Rewards are simple interest: amount × APR × days ÷ 365.
• Need a locked stake back early? Forfeit rewards & redeem returns your principal without the rewards.

Gift cards

1. 1Open Gift cards, choose a value from $1 to $10,000, a design (Aurora, Ember or Tide) and add a message of up to 140 characters.
2. 2Confirm with your fund passcode, an email code and your 2FA code if it's on.
3. 3Send the card by email, or share its code (it looks like DXG-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
4. 4The recipient enters the code and selects Redeem to my wallet. You can't redeem a card you created.

While a card is unused you can Cancel & refund it in My cards, or show its code again with your passcode.

Referral program

• Share your invite link from Referrals. Friends who sign up with it are linked to you.
• You earn a share of the fees your friends pay on spot trades, futures openings, Convert and Buy/Sell, credited instantly. The standard share is 20%.
• You also get a one-time bonus (standard: 10 USDT) when each friend passes identity verification.

Create an API key

1. 1Go to API Keys and create a new key. Creating it asks you to verify.
2. 2Choose Read only, or Read + trade to allow placing and cancelling orders.
3. 3Optionally add an IP allowlist (up to 10 addresses) so the key works only from your servers.
4. 4Copy the secret right away: it's shown only once.

• API keys can never withdraw funds.
• You can have up to 10 active keys. Revoke any key you no longer use.
• Requests are signed with HMAC-SHA256. The API docs explain signing, endpoints and rate limits.

Notifications

We notify you in the app, and by email with your anti-phishing code, about sign-ins from new devices, security changes, deposits and withdrawals, verification results, P2P order updates, futures liquidations, matured stakes, redeemed gift cards and referral sign-ups. Open Notifications and use Mark all as read to clear them.

Write a review

Once your email is confirmed you can leave one review: a rating from 1 to 5, a title (3 to 80 characters), up to 150 characters of text and up to 3 images. Reviews appear after moderation.

Chat with support

• Support shows a green Online dot when someone from our team is available, and their names. Start a chat and you'll see who answers.
• A red Offline dot means nobody is online right now: leave a message instead and we'll reply by email.

AI assistant

Ask the AI assistant for instant answers about using Voracex, any time. It can't see your account, and its answers can be wrong. Never share passwords or codes with it, or with anyone.

Send a message to the right team

The message form in the Support center reaches our inbox and we reply by email. Pick the team that fits: General, Account & security, Deposits & withdrawals, Identity verification, Trading & fees, P2P trading, or Listings & partnerships. Write 10 to 2,000 characters and include anything that helps, such as an order ID or transaction hash, but never a password or code.

Account in danger?

Freeze your account first (Security → Freeze my account), then contact us. If you lost access to 2FA and your recovery codes, write to us from the email address on your account. After support resets 2FA, your passcode or email codes, withdrawals pause for 24 hours to keep your funds safe.

Voracex staff will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery codes or fund passcode.
